We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Officer to join our Commercial team. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will provide safe, effective, and efficient warehousing services to support operational activities. This is a permanent position offered on an attractive 8:6 roster (days only), providing a great work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day warehouse duties and deliver exceptional customer service
- Participate in pre-shift briefings and operational meetings
- Manage inventory, reconcile counts, and resolve discrepancies
- Process freight unloading, backload dispatch, and commodity delivery dockets
- Maintain laydown yard organisation and cleanliness
- Handle emergency after-hours purchasing when required
- Experience in warehousing within the mining industry
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work safely
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with Pronto or similar systems
- C-Class Driver’s Licence
- Forklift Licence
- Certificate in Storage and Handling of Dangerous Goods
- Chain of Responsibility Certificate
- Certificate III in Warehouse & Distribution
