About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Officer to join our Commercial team. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will provide safe, effective, and efficient warehousing services to support operational activities. This is a permanent position offered on an attractive 8:6 roster (days only), providing a great work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day warehouse duties and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Participate in pre-shift briefings and operational meetings
  • Manage inventory, reconcile counts, and resolve discrepancies
  • Process freight unloading, backload dispatch, and commodity delivery dockets
  • Maintain laydown yard organisation and cleanliness
  • Handle emergency after-hours purchasing when required
What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in warehousing within the mining industry
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work safely
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with Pronto or similar systems
Essential Qualifications

  • C-Class Driver’s Licence
  • Forklift Licence
  • Certificate in Storage and Handling of Dangerous Goods
Desirable

  • Chain of Responsibility Certificate
  • Certificate III in Warehouse & Distribution
